Privacy notice

This notice explains how NextPayInc, a product built by Citelcon Information Technologies, handles information collected through this public website. A separate privacy notice and contractual documentation will apply to any production pilot or product environment.

Information you provide

If you email us or request a pilot, we receive the information included in your message, such as your name, work contact details, company, role and the operational information you choose to share. Please do not send member, trainer, payment-account or other sensitive personal data through the initial website enquiry.

Optional website analytics

When a Google Analytics measurement ID is configured, the website asks for permission before loading analytics. If you accept, we use analytics to understand page visits and interactions such as pilot-request and demo clicks. We configure analytics without advertising personalisation and do not intentionally send names, email addresses or other direct identifiers as event properties.

Your analytics choice is stored in your browser under nextpay_analytics_consent. You can remove that local-storage entry or clear this site’s browser data to reset your choice.

Why we use information

Sharing and retention

Information may be processed by service providers that support email, hosting, security or consented analytics. We retain enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the conversation, our records and applicable legal obligations. We do not sell website enquiry information.

Your choices and requests

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or an objection concerning your personal information. Contact us so we can evaluate and respond to the request under the applicable requirements.
