Deliver · verify · calculate · instruct

A complete proof-to-payout flow,
one explicit state at a time.

NextPayInc separates the service event, verification decision, commission result and money movement. That makes the workflow easier to integrate, review and reconcile.

End-to-end lifecycle

Four stages.
No hidden leap of faith.

Each transition has a defined input and output. The platform only advances when the conditions for that stage have been met.

01

Receive the expected service

The source system provides a unique session reference plus the gym, trainer, member, service type, location and expected time. This creates context, not proof of delivery.

02

Collect dual confirmation

At completion, the member creates a short-lived signed confirmation and the trainer scans it. Both actions are recorded against the same service event.

03

Evaluate and calculate

The verification policy checks the signature, reuse, schedule and configured contextual signals. A passing event receives the trainer’s effective commission rule and result.

04

Instruct and reconcile

A unique payout instruction is sent to the selected licensed partner. Pending, complete or failed status remains connected to the verified session and calculation.

Exception handling

Automation should know
when to stop.

A mismatch is not automatically fraud, and it should not automatically become payable. NextPayInc preserves the signals and gives the authorized gym operator a reviewable decision point.

Invalid confirmation

Signature or expiry fails

The event does not advance. The failed validation and attempted confirmation remain available to the operational record.

Context mismatch

Time, place or schedule differs

The session can be routed for review with the available contextual evidence instead of silently passing.

Payment failure

The instruction is accepted but not completed

The payout state and partner reference are preserved so operations can resolve or retry it without recreating the obligation.

Dispute

A participant challenges the event

The gym can review the member confirmation, trainer action, verification decision, commission result and payout state in sequence.
